OnCue
Support
We’re here to help — most answers are below.
OnCue is a digital pager for restaurants, cafés and any venue with a queue. Scan the venue’s QR code, take your order number, and we’ll notify you the moment it’s ready — no account, no sign-up.
How it works
- Scan the QR code on the counter or table.
- Take a number (or enter the number shown on the counter screen).
- Allow notifications so we can ping you when your order is ready.
- Relax — you’ll get a notification the second it’s ready.
Common questions
I’m not getting notifications
Make sure you tapped “Allow” when asked. You can re-enable notifications for OnCue in your device’s Settings → Notifications. On the web, keep the order page open if you prefer not to enable push.
Do I need to create an account?
No. OnCue works with no account, no email, and no password.
What about my loyalty stamps?
If a venue runs a stamp card, your stamps are saved to an anonymous card on your device and can be added to Apple Wallet. Some venues let you attach a phone number to recover a card.
Run a venue?
OnCue is free for guests. If you run a restaurant, café or any venue with a queue and want the digital pager, wallet loyalty and booking on your own counter, we’ll get you set up — no hardware, live in minutes. Talk to us or email tech@vaia.my.
