OnCue
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of OnCue — the digital pager, loyalty and booking service for restaurants, cafés and any venue with a queue. By scanning a venue’s QR code or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the service.
This service is operated by VAIA SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202601027449 / 1689545-A), which is the data controller responsible for your personal data. Contact our data-protection team at tech@vaia.my.
Using OnCue as a guest
- The pager, loyalty stamps and booking tools are provided to help you know when your order is ready and to keep your rewards — nothing more.
- Use the service fairly. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, abuse a venue’s queue or rewards, or interfere with other guests.
- Order status, wait times and rewards are provided by the venue and shown on a best-effort basis; they are not guarantees.
Using OnCue as a venue
Venues use OnCue under a separate commercial arrangement. A venue is responsible for the accuracy of its menu, prices, order statuses, rewards and booking availability, and for handling the guest information it collects (see our Privacy Policy) lawfully. If you run a venue and want to get set up, talk to us.
Availability
We work to keep OnCue running reliably, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for missed pickups, expired rewards, or losses arising from downtime or from a venue’s use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use OnCue means you accept the current terms.
